1. General provisions
Premium Selection Group (hereinafter — PSG, "we") respects the confidentiality of the personal data of users of the premium-selection.com website and all related services. This Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how we store it.
By using the website or sending us a request, you confirm your consent to the terms of this Policy.
2. What data we collect
- Contact details: name, e-mail, phone, Telegram — only if you provide them when filling out the form.
- Company data: name, industry, size — from the brief generator (discover.html).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, traffic source.
- Cookies — more details in the separate cookies policy.
3. Purposes of processing
- Processing your request and communicating with you
- Preparing commercial proposals and briefs
- Improving the website and traffic analytics
- Marketing mailings — only with your explicit consent
4. Retention periods
Contact details are stored for no more than 3 years from the last interaction, or until consent is withdrawn. Technical data (logs) — up to 12 months. After the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymized.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your data. Disclosure is possible only in the following cases:
- PSG contractors and partners — under NDA, to carry out your project
- Cloud services (Google, Yandex, etc.) — as processors
- Government authorities — upon a lawful request
6. Your rights
You have the right to: request a copy of your data; demand the correction of inaccurate data; withdraw consent to processing; demand the deletion of data; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Security
Data is stored in secure data centers with TLS encryption. Access — only for authorized PSG employees, under NDA. Backups — encrypted, AES-256.
