How we work

  1. 60 days before

    Brief and idea

We dive into the task: the goal, the audience, the format, the budget. We come back with two or three concepts, a moodboard and a preliminary estimate — you pick the one that hits the mark.

    — You receive
    • Concept and moodboard
    • Preliminary estimate and prep timeline
    • Venue shortlist
    • One project manager for the whole event
  2. 30 days before

    Script and suppliers

We lock the script and the show outline. We book the venue, artists, equipment and catering. Every task has an owner and a deadline.

    — You receive
    • Script and run-sheet
    • Supplier contracts
    • Decor and branding design
    • Invitation and guest communication plan
  3. 7 days before

    Final assembly

Build-up, technical run-through, rehearsal, minute-by-minute timing. We test everything that could fail while there is still time to fix it.

    — You receive
    • Minute-by-minute timing
    • Light, sound and video run-through
    • Plan B for every risk
    • Team and supplier briefing
  4. Day X

    • Real-time show direction
    • Supplier and timing control
    • Incidents handled without involving you
  5. 3 days after

    Wrap-up

Dismantling, settlements, photo and video report. We review what worked and what could be strengthened — so that each new event is stronger than the last.

    • Guest feedback
    • Recommendations for the next event
